When the Wayback Rebuilder team undertakes a rebuild of your site from available archive.org records, it is VERY IMPORTANT to understand what you are getting AND what you are NOT getting with our Rebuilding service.
WHAT YOU DO GET
The main purpose of our rebuilding service is to get your site back up on the Web.
Archive.org is a free, underfunded service (not associated with us in any way) that usually DOES NOT store site records perfectly.
Instead, most or all pages are usually there – with MISSING IMAGES and BROKEN LINKS.
Some of that we CAN fix in the rebuilding process, some cannot be – you need to FULLY understand that BEFORE hiring us to this work for you.
What you WILL get is a working version of your website online that has some or most of the old content there text-wise, some images and all links working.
Your rebuilt site WILL be online, WILL have all the content we were able to save from archive.org (which is always incomplete but you have to start somewhere!) and WILL have all links within the site working BUT in a basic, default WordPress design like this (see demo rebuild walkthrough below):
From there, YOU will need to decide on the future design look of your resurrected website.
WHAT YOU DON’T GET
The Wayback Rebuilder Site Rebuild Service is NOT NOT NOT a Web design house.
If you use this service, you will probably either need to [a] use a free Astra template and free Elementor plugin or equivalent to give your resurrected site a nice look OR [b] hire a Web designer to handle that work for you.
Think of our rebuilding service as a FIRST STEP in getting your old site back online.
We do NOT offer further Web design, SEO or content creation service beyond the original resurrection.
If you get stuck with anything here, please email us via support(at)waybackrebuilder.com OR use the Live Chat box
in the bottom right of your screen and we will respond ASAP.
